After close to 30 years as a church planter & local church pastor I decided to make the transition to focus on coaching, consulting , and transitional pastoring. My wife Debbie and I live in Mechanicsburg, PA where Debbie works as a Nurse Practitioner. We enjoy our three adult children who live across the U.S. I enjoy coaching, networking and equipping church leaders so they experience their maximum impact.
Coach
I’m a well-trained and seasoned coach who uses the COACH Model as my primary method of drawing out what God has filled you up with. The COACH model relies on this simple, effective coaching pathway developed by Keith E. Webb: Connecting,
Outcome, Awareness, Course and Highlights. I offer both individual and group coaching.
Consultant
I offer consulting, workshops and seminars designed to develop and sharpen your ministry skills and practices. The content ranges from planning your ministry year to soul care for spiritual leaders. Pastor
My experience as a church planter & local church pastor for close to 30 years uniquely prepared me to serve as a transitional pastor. I am a trained and certified transitional pastor with the Christian & Missionary
Alliance. As a transitional pastor I help churches navigate pastoral transitions by providing preaching, leadership development and pastoral search facilitation.
